Q. How do I know how much commission I have earned?
A. As soon as you login to your account (or if you click the "Main Page" link) you will see statistics for "today" at the very top of the page. When you want more detailed information you can click on "Quick Reports", which will allow you to specify date ranges so you can review all your awarded commissions.
Q. What kind of links can I create?
A. You can create both HTML graphical banners and standard text links. It is important that you implement these links on your website exactly as they are shown within your account area to ensure everything will work. When you are ready to add banners to your site, click here.
Q. How do I keep track of commissions?
A. You can keep track of your commissions through the "reports" section. If you look at the menu on the left side of your screen you will see an entire section devoted to different types of reports.
Q. How often are reports updated?
A. Our reports are updated instantly so you can get an up to the minute picture of your account activity. Occasionally there will be some slight delays, but typically you will be able to review the most current data.
Q. How often do I get paid?
A. We pay all Affiliate on the 15 of every month, for the commission earned between the first and the last day of the previous calendar month.
Q. How do I receive my money?
A. Affiliates are paid monthly via one of these two options:

Q. When and how should I expect my payment?
A. We pay all our affiliates on the 15 of every month for the commission earned between the first and the last day of the previous calendar month. The payment should arrive in your account according to your chosen payment method. If you are receiving a check, please allow time for it to arrive in the mail.
Q. I operate more than one website and want to track it separately? How do I do that?
A. Simply email affiliate@contact.eliteweb.cc and we will be more than happy to set you up with sub-accounts for each website you operate so that you can track everything separately.
Q. How do I update my personal account information?
A. Simply click the "My Profile" link on the left-hand menu. From there you can update all your information.
Q. How do I request a special banner for my site?
A. Simply email affiliate@contact.eliteweb.cc and we will be more than happy to accommodate you as much as possible.
Q. How do I refer other affiliates?
A. Click the "Signup Sub-Affiliates Link" on the left-hand menu. This will give you a special link to pass out to other potential affiliates. When a new affiliate signs up using your special link, you are awarded commission on all their sales.
Q. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
A. Eliteweb uses a highly sophisticated tracking method that utilizes both cookie-based and ip-based tracking. The moment someone clicks on a banner or link from your site, they are sent a cookie and their IP is logged. When a new account is created, the cookie is linked to the new account and stored in our database. As soon as that new person completes a sale, the cookie is processed by our affiliate program and you are awarded the proper commissions. As a backup to all of that (which is rarely needed) we can use the IP tracking function. All of this happens automatically in real time to ensure you are properly rewarded.
Q. Can I promote you through pay-per-click search engines?
A. YES! You can promote us through pay-per-click search engines. In fact, this type of promotion becomes increasingly popular and we are aware of several affiliates promoting our products in this way and making a very good profit. (Well, they keep promoting us month after month, which tells you something, doesn't it?)
Q. At what point does someone become a Real New Client that I get a commission for?
A. The moment a new client's free trial ends and they purchase one of our products, they become a Real New Client that you get a commission for. You will then continue to receive a commission on both their second and third purchases! If the product they signup for does not have a free trial period, you will get a sales commission right away.
Q. My account says that I have less referrals than I think I should have. Where are my missing referrals?
A. Your referrals should show up on your reports almost instantly as soon as the person you referred becomes a Real New Client. In case you do not see a specific referral in your reports, please send us your referral’s Username and Email address and we will look into the matter right away.
Q. I know I referred a Real New Client, but I do not see him/her in my reports?
A. Your reports should be updated instantly, however there is occasionally a slight delay. If after 24 hours you do not see the specific referral in your reports, please send us an email and we will look into the matter right away.
Q. I am not sure if my links/tags are working properly. How do I check that?
A. You will usually be able to determine if your links are working by reviewing your reports. If you would like us to do a thorough review of your implementation, please send us an email and be sure to include your full URL with the exact location of the links.
Q. I forgot my password.
A. In the event that you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link on http://affiliates.eliteweb.cc/. You will be taken to a screen where you are prompted to fill in the email address that you used to register for the affiliate program. After doing this, you will receive a reactivation code that you must enter online, which will reset your account.. Q. How do I change my payment method?
A. If you wish to change your payment method, click the "My Profile" link on the navigation menu. From that screen you can review your current payment method and make any necessary changes.
